From Flab to FAB in 90 Days!

This premier program includes fitness planning, nutrition planning, and weekly accountability logs to help you move your body from flab to FAB in 90 days or less!

We begin with an initial assessment of your body composition, your support system, and your current food intake.  We then develop a program that YOU CAN DO consistently for the next 90 days to help you become a new and improved you.  Imagine, in less than 12 weeks, in under 3 months, with a bit of focus and consistency, you can transform your body SIGNIFICANTLY!

The Flab to FAB program is designed for you to be able to train on your own.  In person training sessions can be added to increase your success outcomes and provide even more value to your program.

In Person Training

Training session directed by me to help you reach your goals for fat loss, muscle gain, and weight management.  Correct exercise technique is demonstrated and reinforced.  We don't move on to other versions of a movement until we know you can perform the current one correctly and safely.

In person sessions do NOT include your warmup time.  You're expected to have completed a sufficient warmup session prior to the start of the session.  The session DOES include a prescribed cool down and post-stretch routine.

Online Training

Training session directed by me to help you reach your goals for fat loss, muscle gain, and weight management.  Correct exercise technique is demonstrated and reinforced. 

I provide you with live and recorded demonstrations of the exercises.  You support your progress by providing me live and recorded video of you completing the exercises so that I can approve and/or correct your form.

Online training services can be provided as a one time fee for service product or as an ongoing monthly session.

Nutrition

As a general rule, personal trainers can provide general meal recommendations and nutrition support. 

As an ISSA certified personal trainer I am able to provide general nutrition recommendations.  As a certified level 1 Precision Nutrition sports nutritionist, I am able to provide more specific recommendations.  However, all suggestions are subject to the guidance of your personal physician and Registered Dietician.  

Nutrition support I provide includes macronutrient recommendations, meal planning suggestions, and daily accountability for calorie intake.
